THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Frequently Asked Questions

What is herbalism?

In my years of doing this work, the number one most frequently asked question I receive is: ‘What is herbalism, any way?’ There is the simple answer that refers to herbalism as the practice of using plants (their medicinal properties) and nutrition as a means to heal, nourish, revive, and appreciate the body, mind & soul. For me, it is an ancient and revered practice with such depth that it may take one a lifetime to explore. What is your return/refund policy?

If you receive a broken, damaged or defective item, please take a picture of it and email me directly. I will assess the situation, we are happy to either provide you with a new product or refund your purchase. If you purchase a consultation or session with me, the fee is non-refundable, however you are welcome to reschedule during a time that is more convenient for you.

Do you make special, custom orders?

YES! We absolutely do. If there is a specific combination of herbs and other ingredients that you would like in a product, contact me directly at stefanie@sacredearthessentials.com with your request.

Can I receive your services for both herbalism and clinical counseling?

The simple answer is: no, not at this time. If you would like to see me for clinical counseling services online, please find me at North Country Counseling, PLLC. If you are more interested in self-care health and wellness coaching and herbal consultations, feel welcome to book me by using the services section of this website, and we will be in touch: Thank you!
